Jebool supplies a fully automatic hydrogen (helium) leakage data acquisition system for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to meet the real-time monitoring of hydrogen or helium leakage during the crash test of hydrogen fuel vehicles and the measurement of helium concentration in the vehicle. The data acquisition system can monitor up to 8 gas storage tanks at the same time, collect real-time data on the pressure and temperature in the tank, and simultaneously calculate and display the current leakage situation, escorting the safety of the crash test.
The equipment is designed and developed with reference to UN ECE R134, and can be calculated in real time at 1 Hz to display the current leakage. During the test, the data can be synchronized to the computer or mobile phone via WiFi, and the data is stored inside the device. The device interface is as follows:
The software can display the pressure, temperature, leakage and helium (or hydrogen) concentration of each hydrogen storage tank in real time during the test; the data in the equipment can be downloaded after the test. At the same time, Jebool provides He-20A He gas concentration sensor with optional analog or RS485 interface.
In order to installing the on-site operation of engineers, cables can be customized according to the sensor interface of the hydrogen storage tank, which saves operation time and improves reliability.
