H3CHP is a chest displacement component for H3 dummy. Its core uses high-performance resistive potentiometer ANS-340, which has excellent nonlinearity and ensures the accuracy of displacement measurement of the entire component. The potentiometer and assembly are positioned with positioning pins and fixed with locking nuts to prevent the potentiometer from sliding and affecting sensitivity. The installation components are available in different specifications such as H3-5TH, H3-50TH and H3-95TH according to customer requirements. The default cable length is 8 meters, and connectors and ID chips can be provided according to customer requirements. A digital DDAS version is also available.
